ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Our turnaround time is 3-5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you’d like to proceed.

Royal Mail quote their First Class delivery service as taking 1 to 3 working days for UK deliveries, 3 to 5 working days for Europe and 7 to 10 for the rest of the world. The Courier option is a next working day service in the UK.

*Please be aware: Due to the ravages of Brexit and the very limited international sales I receive, I do not pay added costs (such as the ‘Import One Stop Shop’ fees – or IOSS/Delivery Duties) If you still wish to purchase one of my products, the sale is most gratefully received – but please do understand there may be a small fee attached for import (probably around £2-£4).

RETURNS

Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item, such as damage to the product, misprints or receiving the wrong size or colour, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before checkout and check our sizing guides if necessary.

Upon receiving your goods, you have 14 working days to get in contact and report any issues to receive a full refund. Otherwise, we will only accept exchanges for other similarly priced goods or credit notes to be used at another time.

The returned item will be inspected once it arrives back to us and cannot be visibly worn, must not have been damaged, marked or smell in any way, or be in any condition that we deem renders the item unsellable. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling and branding and with the original packaging together with our supplied receipt/invoice.

Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.

Packaging

Our packaging is plastic free!

  • Garments will be packed directly into a weatherproof, kraft paper mailing bag.
  • Mugs will be packed directly into a special smash-proof box.
